If You Were Here

IF YOU WERE HERE

THE SKY ABOVE FOREVER BLUE
A THOUSAND VOICES SINGING TRUE
AND THE ONLY THING I'D HAVE TO DO
WOULD BE TO SPEND THE NIGHT WITH YOU

ACROSS THE SKIES EXPLODING BRIGHT
THE GREATEST SPECTACLE IN SIGHT
THE WORLD BEDAZZLED BY THE LIGHT
IF I COULD HAVE YOU HERE TONIGHT

SO HAPPY ALL OUR DAYS COULD BE
EACH SUNRISE FOR US BOTH TO SEE
THESE JOYS FOR US WOULD ALL BE FREE
WHEN YOU COME SPEND THE NIGHT WITH ME
