If You Look

If you look, you might see.
If you see, you might know.
If you know, you’ve got to change.
If you change, you’re going to grow.
But if you grow you’re not the same
And you’re left with used-to-be’s
Sometimes I think that’s a shame
So, I don’t look, so I don’t see.

very interesting...the blind leading the unseeing into the darkness..I shall FAVE this as it made me stop, and think...and heavens....read it more than once....that IMNSHO is the essence of poetry...nicely done
