If you are a Bird
If you`re a bird, so cute and bright,
A flash of blue in morning light,
I am a bird, with feathers brown,
Scanning the rivers up and down.
If you`re a bird, that sings all day,
A joyful tune, happens what may,
I am a bird, that responds back,
With charming calls, on winding track.
If you`re a bird, that builds a nest,
With twigs and moss, a feathered breast,
I am a bird, that gathers grass,
Soft downy fluff, long rime to last.
If you`re a bird, that soars so high,
Across the scenic shining sky,
I am a bird, that feels the breeze,
Dreams of clouds and whispering trees.
If you`re a bird, that flies so free,
Across land and over the sea,
I am a bird, that longs to roam
And find a place to call it home.
If you`re a bird, that finds a mate,
A loving friend to share your fate,
I am a bird, that seeks a call,
A gentle echo, to stand tall.
If you`re a bird, that defies rain,
Searches the sun, and sings again,
I am a bird, that braves the storm,
Hopes for blue skies and keeps my form.
If you`re a bird with sparkling heart,
A smart player in nature's art,
I am a bird, just like you are,
Saluted by the shining star.
