If We Could Build Heaven, Where Would It Be
If we could build heaven where would it be?
A special place, just for you, just for me.
A place full of trees, flowers, colored bold
With sun shining warm, we’d never be cold.
With friends and family, plenty to eat
And smiles on their faces when we meet.
A place to shelter you thru the long night
Keeping you safe until the morning light.
With the gaze of a pet looking up at you
With a simple love that is always true.
A GOD looking over you every day
Loving and guiding you in every way.
A heaven with these, I would hold dear
Oh wait, don’t you see, it’s already here!
