If Tomorrow Never Comes
This poem is for the people, we have cherished our entire life
It could be an aunt or an uncle, a husband or even a wife
Maybe a brother or sister, a cousin or just a friend
Remember to always forgive, don’t let that love come to an end
Give them hugs and kisses, and love them oh so much
You can brighten up a day, with just a simple touch
Never let a mistake, bring you distant years
You could end up in a church, saying farewell with just your tears
Tomorrow has not been promised, today is what we’ve got
Swallow your pride and anger, you’ll be pleased you gave it a shot
Don’t let a difference of opinion get in the way of doing what’s right
You’ll never know if that person, will still be around tomorrow night
