If the Armchair Is Positioned Right
Sometimes if we are careful,
Putting thought into how,
And where we position our armchairs,
We can see more than if we
Were actually present when the event took place.
The trouble is most of us fear ridicule,
And never tell anyone what we have seen,
While sitting in our armchair,
And most now position their chair,
In front of the TV or computer.
And those who may once have told someone,
Now prefer lying on a couch,
Which makes it hard for them,
To see anything more than a bowl of potato chips.
