If She Had Said Dont Go

I would hold her securely in my arms and whisper to her how much I do care Let her tears flow gently down my shoulder as I say "I'm not going anywhere" I would kiss her and hold her O' so tight Till I could feel my grip give way Then look her deep within her sadden face and let her know everything is O.K I'd be her provider and protector give her flowers, cards, just a simple kiss and the times she was not by my side I would show how much she was greatly missed I would cheer her up in times she was sad and do my best to treat her like a queen Every night i would pray that in her sweet heart That I will always be her only king Climb into bed with her, cuddle with her kiss her on the head, hold her through the night wake up staring into her precious eyes make love at the first sign of morning light as though I missed her while she was sleeping
