If Only You Knew

If you only knew
The Truest meaning of quiet
If you only knew
The loudest noise in the world
If you only knew

If you could hear
The silence, and silence again refined
If you could hear
What it was like to hear nothing at all
If you could hear

If only I knew
What music I liked
If only I knew
Anything but this white noise
If only I knew

If only you saw
What I cannot hear
If only you saw
Anything but the norm
If only you saw
