If Only

If only I had myself a land,
a place that's mine alone,
if only I had myself a kingdom,
a destination I could own.

If only I had myself a world,
something of surpassing worth,
if only I had myself a planet,
somewhere with proper sky and earth.

If only I had myself a space,
with perfect and beautiful life above,
if only I had myself a home,
with truthful faith, hope, and love.

If only I had myself a map,
to follow with the shape and line,
if only I had myself a travel,
to show the way I could call mine.

This is all very welcome stuff, in a perfect world. Life would never make things that easy. Excellent lines filled wishful thinking.
