If I Don'T Know- Do You?

I dreamt to become someone else
Someone to erase a past I can remember
I dream for a perfected future held
A dream to only be a dream forever…

I wanted to be… and I cannot be
The world to see… I cannot see
I am me… they are not me
For a world to be free, then I am free

Questions without answers
I have an answer without the question
In this world, in this time no one listens
I have both… and where be reasons?

Did they hear… have I fear?
And they sneer… have I neared?
What’s to dear… if not *****
Have you a tear to sheer?

I wanted to be… a someone… a dream
I wanted a dream…a someone... to be
If not perfected a someone else can I mean?
Yet a dream to only be a dream forever to be
