If I Cry Let Me

If I cry, let me

If I cry, let me cry
Let the tears flow like a river to the ocean wide

Let my sorrow pour out from the depths of my soul
Let it wash away the pain so that love can grow

Let not resentment, dissappointment, failures fears and hate
Block the way of my hearts gate

God has opened the gate and poured forth the flood
To wash away my sin with Christ shed blood
