If I Can See Past

I am feeling no worth
I may even be less
Try enjoy in the mirth
Have to clean up the mess

Wish I was better
And to know that I am
Be rid of the debtor
Its really a scam

If I can see past
All of this strife
To be making me last
Much longer in life

With no-one to hear me
What can I say
What can the here be
With no-one to stay

Lost in my sorrow
Its time to dig out
By this time tomorrow
I'll have no time to pout

If I'd beg and I'd borrow
As I know I won't steal
I would pay back tomorrow
If it is part of the deal

But you see I won't borrow
And I know I won't beg
To steal causes sorrow
I am not a bad egg

So when I get free
Of the bonds that do hold
You will hear it from me
A new story is told
