If By 50

If by 50,
you have yet to see beauty
in all God's creations: man, beast, and soil

Then by thankless
you traded joy for sadness
and all is lost from head, breast, and toil.

Grrrreeeeetings, Martin! Methinks you speaky much wiiiiisssssdom.... Quite desparaging to witness folk a fair bit beyond fifty, seem desperate to understand, insatiable material needs and all the sorrow associated with accumulating them. (and not knowing why they're 'fighting' for relief)
