If

If you were the model, I would have learnt to paint, laugh if you were comedian, And sorry that you ain’t. If you were an author, I would always read your book, If you were a runner, I would time each lap you took. If you were a milkman, I would have an extra bottle, If you were an f1 driver, I’d cheer your full throttle. If you were a singer, I would listen to each tune, If you were an astronaut, I’d watch you on the moon. If you were a banker, I would ask you for a loan, If you were a jeweller, I’d watch you with precious stone. If you were a teacher, I’d be the best kid in school, If you were a swimmer, I’d admire you in the pool. If you were a fundraiser, I’d put cash in your tin, If you were a barmaid, I’d be ordering a gin. If you were a dancer, I’d watch every graceful move, And if you were a scientist, I’d watch you theories prove. If you were a carpenter, I’d watch you hammer nails, If you were a train driver, You’d keep me on the rails. If you were a jockey, I’d be cheering for your horses If you were a soldier, I’d cheer you within the forces. If you were a tour guide, Then I’d love to watch the view, Yes, anything you were, Then I’d be there because it’s you!!
