Icy Veins

Sandpaper linen- embroidery in pallid hands. Spirit-thin webs of trees: pristine; honored. Ashen bones under cotton sky. Finger inflamed sugar-soft feathers. Snow, tingling, starts to cling. Immaculate hues.
