I Would Give

I would trace your face with the love in my heart
To make sure I'll never forget
I would trade my soul to remember your smile
It's something I'd never regret

I would give you my sight to feel your touch
To cherish your sweet caress
I would give you the breath I need to breathe
For the love, your lips confess

I would give you my joy to hear you laugh
A symphony to my ears
I would share the pain that life can give
And wipe away your tears

I would give you my voice if you're too shy
To hear what you need to say
I would die a thousand deaths or more
To give you one more day

I would give you the love that you deserve
And all of the things you lack
I would give you all that I have to give
If I could only have you back
