I Wonder

Have you ever thought of Heaven 
And how awesome it must be 
I wonder if the wind blows 
Across the crystal sea 

I wonder how the sounds of praise 
Will fill the jasper walls 
As the Saviour enters thru 
Those Hallelujah halls 

I wonder what it smells like 
When the tree of life's in bloom 
A sweeter scent we've never known 
Eternal life's perfume 

I wonder how His bride 
Will gather round His throne 
As Jesus calls us one by one 
And says child welcome home
