I Wish In Word's World
I wish I could write in... light,
tracing the tenderness of twilight,
sapping the soothing sunlight,
to draw from the day's dazzling delight,
and the nifty norms of every novelty
night.
Oh that I could bank on beauty!
selling the skies' stuning sanctity,
flaunting the flowers' fraternity,
in every romantic rose's reality,
and in every radiant rainbow's rarity.
