I Wish

I wish I could put my life on pause
I wish I had time to cetch my breath

I wish I could take a day off
I wish I could get some rest

I wish I could be in two places at once
I wish most of all that I had more time in a day

I wish I had more time to spend with love ones
I wish my life wasn't fading away

I wish I could right all the wrongs I have done
I wish there was time to make amends

I wish I hadn't lost sight of who I was
I wish I hadn't lost touch with old friends

I wish I could be in her arms forever
I wish I could express the way that I feel

I wish that my goals were more then a dream
I wish that I had made them real
