I Will See Her Again

I am young a mere nineteen
That is why she is still my dream

No matter how I try to forget the pain
I always see my beloved slain

She was a cute girl and I a stupid boy
For some reason I mused her to some joy

We held hands and played kid games
We never knew what time would bane

The last I saw her she smiled and waved
If only I had known. I could have saved

My heart and soul goes to her today
I owe her a debt I can't repay.

When my time comes to an end
I will rejoin my family and friends

Most of all I would like to see
My young sweetheart King, Genevieve

I shed a tear now and again
With memories of a dear friend

Oh, higher power watch over my angel
If that means I burn in hell

So be it! My should she has and better still
For I will fight to any hill

Conquer all! Defeat the masses
Struggle forever until I am ashes

Don my armor, shield, and sword
My fight in hell against a horde

Will last until the end of time
That I promise before I die
