I Will Find You There
Once, I knew your gentle eyes
Oh so deep and still
In your gaze I found the heart
My own began to fill
Once, your hair was purest gold
And I a man so poor
The curls and waves of distant tides
I waited at the shore
But heavy rains have hidden all
You stand a silhouette
Though you may have lost yourself
I shall not forget
Hold your heart as all my dear
Though death has come to tear
Do not doubt that dawn must come
I will find you there
