I Will Always Love You From Afar

The minutes creep into hours,
and days into weeks,
and weeks into months
and months into years.
And yet, I linger from afar.

Your words are many, efforts are few.
I love you means naught without actions.
They are mere words blowing in the breeze.
But until that time,
I will always love you from afar
or until death do we part.
