I Went To Zoo

I went to zoo!
I tied my hair
and saw a bear.

I went to zoo!
I walked for miles,
to see the crocodiles.

I went to zoo!
I sat on my knees,
to see the monkeys.

I went to zoo!
I saw a peacock,
sitting on a rock.

I went to zoo!
I saw an ant
and also an elephant.

I went to zoo!
There were many others too.
Yet no one was glad,
everyone was sad,
as they were all in cages.
So, I stopped writing on my pages
and went back to home,
which is not in Rome.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
