I Was An Eagle

Last night I dreamt I was an eagle
Flying majestic up in the sky
So fun it should be illegal
I didn't stop to wonder why

Some other eagle screeched my name
So I answered when I was called
So proud of the eagle I became
Though as an eagle I was bald

While so high on a mountain top
Below I saw a mouse to steal
Fortunately the dream would stop
Before it turned into my next meal!
