I Want To See You

Is there a way, I could see you?
Is there a certain way you could ask God to let the wind blow a certain direction?
Maybe, you could ask him, 
To let the aroma of the flowers tell me you are there.
I have never seen you, or even know the color of your eyes.
However, I believe I would feel you. 
If You were allowed, to leave the heavens for a moment. 
Maybe just a moment from the land of forever. 
Maybe, I could look at you, and see how you have grown. 
Just so I could have your face inside my mind. 
That when I closed my eyes, I could hold you. 
I know you cant stay forever. I understand that. 
Just for a slight moment, I could see the way your eyes sparkle,
I could look into your eyes, And have you in my thoughts. 
Then I would know, you, when I see you for the first time.
Will you know me? Just for moment let me see you. 
I know you must go, 
The lord knows. 
I will close my eyes, and maybe I could see you,
 just for a moment
