I Want To Know How

I WANT TO KNOW HOW...

I want to know how
Life would be like
If the days were dark
And the night were bright 
If the rain poured down 
Without a cloud in the sky?                                                                               If we all lived forever
And never would die

I want to know how
Life would be like
If no one stood up for
What they thought was right 
If the winters were hot
And the summers were cold 
If we all knew the answers 
Without being told

I want to know how
Life would be like
If wars were won
Without battles to fight
If a deaf man could hear 
And a blind man could see 
I want to know how
How would life be
