I Tried Give me peace oh Lord I cry unto thee For my enemies have preyed and preyed against me Oh Dear Lord they have forsaken me. I tried I tried I tried I cried I cried I cried I even tried to pray No matter how much I prayed the enemy still got his way. The innocence of this little life so painfully taken away Mommy is in so much pain I will never see your face They say heaven is where Angels go why couldn't my home be your place Oh I beg of you Lord please take away my pain My judgment is so cloudy my thoughts no longer sane I never got to kiss you this emptiness in my stomach I already miss you I wish I could hold and hug you But regardless if you are here or not mommy will always love you 4/23/16
