I Thought You Would Always Be There
I thought you would always be there
To hold me tight, all through the night.
The love you gave me you took back
cause somewhere you went off track.
You found someone new, that's just like you
My life was great, but now is blue.
You lied and cheated, now I'm deleted.
My heart broke when you took our relationship
for a joke.
Now you see your just like me
you thought she'd be there
both of you would make a great pair,
but she left you high and dry, feeling like you might die.
You beg and plead, but she has no sympathy.
She did the same to you, as you did to me
I know it hurts, but like you told me
get over it, and move on.
Now honey how does it feel in the real
getting done the same, like it was just a game.
We thought someone would always be there
and we'd be a really great pair.
Like I thought that you would always be there.
