I Thought You Were the One

Since the first day I saw you
I knew you were the one
But it would soon be over
Just as soon as it began
And everytime I close my eyes 
I see your beautiful face
But it still feels like something is out of place


I thought you were the one I could depend on
I thought you were the one
But now I see I was wrong

I thought I was in love with you
I was going to be with you forever
My dreams were coming true
When we were engaged together

But it all fell apart
When you broke my heart
But I still think I'm the one

I have been looking over everyone's post comments and that seems to go on a lot. but you did write a great poem, but only one comment is really needed.
