I Thought

i thought i loved you
i thought you loved me
i thought you meant what you said
i thougth your words were true
i thougth you needed me
i thought you would be the one to hole me tight and never let go
i thought you would be the one to never let me fall
only to find out you would be the one to drop me
i thought when i was with you i was out of harms way
only to find out you would be the one to hurt me
