I Tell You Now
If there be a day,
When I do not call your name.
Know that I care,
My feelings are the same.
If there be a time,
That I do not sing.
Know that I appreciate,
All the joys you bring.
If there is a moment,
When I glance away.
Know that it is only,
because I wish you to stay.
If my pride keeps me,
From telling you so.
I tell you now,
So you will always know.
