I Sleep

I sleep, I stare,
I reach for you.

The space, the walls,
They change with you.

You are, you’re not,
I wish to wake.

They drip, they dry,
Just for my sake.

I ask, you tell,
I find it’s real.

I toss, I turn,
My heart to seal.
