I Saw You Crying

“A teardrop is the soul weeping, a water drop from the heart”

When sadness appears
It drips from thy eyes
Flowing from the soul
A broken heart within

With nothing to stop each teardrop
This dyke has broken from thy eye
A cloth will only wipe away each tear
but only comfort will stop this weeping

I cry, I cry for you that have gone
Knowing you are no longer here
To wipe away these tears
How can I go on without you

When will these tears disappear
This heart is broken without you
Hours have become days
And days are now years

I wait for death to be with you
I will always love you,
These tears are for only you, my dear
I wait and long to see you again.

So, you will wipe away these tears
