I Sat Down Today

I sat down today.... Found myself prideful, Sinful, Selfish, and unruly in places. I found myself publicly appealing! I sat down today..... I saw a cloud between me and God. I could see him, but barely. The midst gave a rough odor! I seen thunder and I felt the lightning in my chest and it was all I could do to hold on to his unchanging hand. What is it to self that finds me! I sat down today..... ©2017
