I Remember
I remember the day
I heard you died,
I remember just how hard
that I cried.
My heart ached more
then I felt it could be,
Just by knowing you
were not here with me.
Even though you have
gone away,
The memories of you
are here to stay.
You were like a
sibling should be,
Now you are a guardian
angel to me.
