I Reach Out My Hands
I reach out my hands
To other land
Where there
Peace and hope
Even if the USA
Says nope!
I reach out my feet
To other land
Follow my foot prints
In the American sand.
Come my child keep up
As we flee from the boarder
With nothing but our blankets
And a mental cup.
I reach out my heart
In hopes of a new life to start
I may not speak English
And I may not under stand
But I will risk my life
While I bring my child and wife.
Yes the USA build a wall
In which again I must crawl
But when your desperate
No wall is to tall.
I reach out for food
Ii don't know what too do
God show me a plan
Today as I cross this
Blessed American land.
Please don't send us back
My truck or bus
And please give back
My child after unlawful
Separating us.
Running from our life in Mexico
For us this is nothing new.
But in America I see it is for You!!!
