I Promise To Leave You Ahead

I am begging you to move on. 

To the places you will don. 

Taunt me as you carry ahead. 

The wait for a future for me is dead. 

There is silence for me to inhabit. 

Please do not miss me out of habit. 

I will smile with resolution. 

Remember me as a criminal in this institution. 

Let that car carry you away. 

A hopeless memory, I will stay.
