I Pray For No Tomorrow

I Pray For No Tomorrow

I Pray For No Tomorrow,
Setting Suns Do Bring Dim Light To Truths.
Your Selfish Fingers On My Shuddering Soul Brings Sorrow,
Squeezing Out My Precious Immortal Juice.

Once Dimly Aware of This Futile Battle,
Always Hoping For a Miraculous Repreive.
Knowing, Knowing While Fighting This Futile Battle,
That Love's Cruel Murder Awaits As I Grieve.

I Pray For No Tomorrow,
Cooling Skies Do Chill My Shallow Breath.
Willing is My Sacrifice For Your Sweet Sorrow,
Praying, Praying For A More Merciful Death.

Your deep hurt is confessed to the page, harness your emotions and spin them into poignant, yet powerful masterpieces. You have a lot of talent expressed in this one piece. I encourage you to focus and a wealth of work will develop. You will be one I look forward to reading more of...Raul
