I Once Met a Great Man

I once met a great man, who always said I can. He gave of his time and money, his disposition quite sunny. Loved by many, admired by all, no request too big or too small. He gave of himself until the end, when he had nothing left to lend. Departed this world as he came, devoid of wealth, rich in name. Always a giver, never a taker, rewarded at last by his maker. His place in heaven reserved with the riches he so deserved.
