I Need You

Well heres the story of you and me.
Wrapped it up in a summary.
Tell it to ya, if you got time.
Oh my baby how I wish you were mine.

I need you
In my life

Please let me come home

Well it started on a February night.
Back then everything was all right.
You walked around lookin so nice.
Looked at you once, but had to look twice.

I need you
In my life

Please let me come home

Well this carried on for some time.
I knew right away you had to be mine.
I made you fall in love with a trick.
Then I moved away and became love sick.

I need you
In my life

Please let me come home

I came here and you came there.
We fell in love without a care.
I knew right then I had to come home.
You couldn't stand being all alone.

I need you
In my life

Please let me come home

Well we moved in really quick.
I was great until I got sick.
All my love was all the same.
But in the end I am the only one to blame.

I need you
In my life

Please let me come home

We kept on threw thick and thin.
Why it went wrong, where to begin.
I fell off of a one way track.
If I had it my way, I would take it all back.

I need you
In my life

Please let me come home.

I'm sorry...I'm not sure what happened in the poem. Did you cheat? I'm a little confused, but I do like the poem.
