I Need To Find Some Peace of Mind

I’ve got to find some piece of mind To suit the way I am I’ve got to face within that space The person who I am I’ve got to stride to find inside A sense of love and peace I’ve got to try and understand why All that lay’s beneath I’ve got to feel my way is real Always true and just I’ve got to strive that being alive Is rich in love and trust I’ve got to see my thoughts are free And must not turn to hate I’ve got to live and to forgive And not leave all too late I’ve got to dream like a burbling stream Flowing down to the sea I’ve got to stray along natures way And sit under my favourite tree I’ve got to die but not to ask why For when my time has come I’ve got to find some piece of mind When all is said and done
