I Miss You, Mom

Now, it's a cold May
Icy winds blow through my soul
Your love keeps me warm

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Welcome to Poetry Soup. I welcome you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.

Sweet memories of mom! Mine died in April. Still, even in my travels, I spot a red cardinal and trumpet flowers that remind me that she is always with me. Perhaps, God gives our loved ones these miracles to share!
