I Miss You

It's been a long time since you've passed, since i've truly laughed. I'm able to hide the pain, but it doesn't ever last. I can't let go, and sometimes it does show. I keep my thoughts inside. Nobody really knows, just how bad I can't stand, living life here alone. I always used to think, I was stronger than what I am. Life likes to prove, i'm just barely a man. If you could be here, you would see how ashamed I am. Ashamed of what I have become, scared and on the run. I never face my fears, like a lost little child. I'm drowning in my tears, now i hardly ever smile. Without you in my life, I doubt i'll ever be the same. Please forgive me for my faults, maybe one day i'll make a change. I miss you.
