I Miss You
I miss you,
I miss the warmth
In your sheepish eyes,
That unblinking look of holiness
I miss you,
I miss the sparkle
Of that breathtaking smile
That sent my heart racing for miles.
I miss you,
I miss the honesty
On your saintly face
Always promised me an old age of caress.
I miss you,
I miss the oneness
Of our last embrace
How I wish it can resurface.
I miss you,
I miss you
I miss you
Yes, I do
