I May Be a Princess

I may be a Princess, But, I swear like a Marine, I drink like a Sailor, And my jokes are never clean. I may be a Princess, But, I never dress the part, I wear hob nailed boots, And I don't care where I fart. I may be a Princess, But, I don't act like one at all, I like to get down and dirty, And I don't want to go to the ball. I may be a Princess, But, I'm extremely loud, I like to party, And stand out in a crowd. I may be a Princess, But, I am all of the above, I don't care what people think, I am the one I love.

A very nice write, it s true that we shouldn t care what the world say, it s our lives and we are suppose to live it as we please, as Long as we are aure that our God is happy,we should live pur life happily, and everybody can be a princess, you don t required to be good looking, well mannered, or rich, just have confidence in yourself that you are one, good luck

Hi Faraz. Thank you for your kind words. I agree totally with you. I have never pretended to be something I'm not, if people don't like me, that's their issue, not mine. Kind Regards :)

Thank you, it's not often I don't love myself, however, when I don't, my husband and my sons, remind me why I should. I've read your poem and commented on it. :-)
