I Love You

I love you
The most love I’ve ever felt
My love for you is true
I love the cards that I’ve been dealt
Why don’t you help me undo my belt?

Guess we all have to undo our security belts when we are about to take a leap into love. I, too, am confined by a belt. As Emily Dickinson wrote: "The higher the flame has leaped, the colder and deader the ashes." Takes a brave soul to open their heart after being burned. Very nice, Steve! Love, Carolyn
