I Love to Love You
It might be a bit of a cliché,
But the wind blowing, hearts chiming, and violins in the background—
That’s all I feel while walking with you every day.
I’m glad I showed courage and confessed all I ever wanted to say:
That your presence makes it possible for me
To smell the fragrance of love every single day.
You were the key who unlocked the caged emotion of love in my heart.
I went crazy the day I understood what love is—
A vibrant, colourful art.
These poetic lines can’t define you,
Because it’s the language of love that can.
But fortunately, or unfortunately,
It can only be understood by a heart.
I sometimes wonder: how can somebody be so perfect?
Somebody to whom even my soul is addicted.
And that’s just a fact.
People say Romeo and Juliet are the epitome of love.
But I want the world to remember us
As the definition of true love.
