I am so excited about this p-o-e-t-r-y
Is it just my heartbeat I wonder
Or just my blood rush I wonder
Just tingling inside me?
Making me tingle I wonder?
It couldn’t be I realize
As the rush increases
With every syllable of p-o-e-t-r-y
In my mouth, on my tongue
