I Love My Work

I stroll, I skip down the lane I gently trip.
With magical brushes of angels hair, here
and there a song I share. This special paint
that holds a spell, when sun meets rain a
story tell. Yes my job is painting rainbows,
for you to view from bedroom windows.
That magic arc my brush it flows, the
granted wish and the paint it glows. Red,
Orange, Yellow and Green, tightly packed
in banded scheme. Blue, Indigo and violets,
blend in streaming river let's. And when the
painting to the sky is sold, I quietly place
my pot of gold. I am so happy for you and
you and you, to bring you colour and hope
your dreams, all come true.

What a wonderful "job," painting rainbows! In addition to poets, there are also some painters on this site. Dane Ann would really like this. Now please assure me you are not a leprauchan with your "pot of gold" hidden somewhere over the rainbow. Love, Carolyn
