I Lived Life Everyday
I lived life everyday...
even after you went far way...
I held your hand everyday....
though you were nowhere...
Tears that made the pillows wet...
my heart was bleeding red...
I still dreamt of you by myside...
though you were not beside...
I heard the whispers in the night
hoping you could bring in light...
I stood there by the lighthouse...
time and tide, my hopes arouse....
I went to the beach looking again...
build our home in the sand again...
I felt no pain...
waiting for you in vain...
I sat lonely in that bench again...
longing to get wet in rain....
dying to be in your arms...
to be bewilderd by your charms....
